1. The service
Zendlock allows you to upload files, set a price, and share a secure payment link with others. By using Zendlock, you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You may only upload files that you own or have the right to distribute. You may not use Zendlock to distribute illegal content, malware, copyrighted material without permission, or any content that violates applicable law.
3. Fees
Zendlock charges a platform fee of 6.5% on each transaction. Stripe charges a separate payment processing fee (1.5% + €0.25 for EU cards; 2.9% + $0.30 for US cards). Together, total fees are typically around 10% per transaction. These fees are deducted automatically before your payout. The exact amount you receive is shown before you create your link.
4. Payouts
Payouts are processed via Stripe. You are responsible for providing accurate payout information. Zendlock is not liable for failed payouts due to incorrect details provided by you.
5. File availability
Files are available until the expiration date you set. After expiration, files are permanently deleted. Zendlock is not responsible for data loss after expiration. The maximum file size is 10GB per upload.
6. Liability
Zendlock is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or disputes between file sellers and buyers. We reserve the right to remove files or suspend access for violations of these terms.
